Femme5 is a licensed employment agency. We help families hire domestic helpers, elderly caregivers and confinement nannies, and we provide home cleaning services. The website describes these services and lets you contact us. You cannot buy services or create an account on the website.

2. Your service agreement comes first

If you engage us, your fees, payment terms, replacement and refund arrangements and other conditions are set out in the written service agreement you sign with Femme5, in line with MOM’s rules for employment agencies. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

Prices, salary ranges and costs shown on the website are guides only. Your quote or service agreement confirms the actual amounts.

3. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the website, WhatsApp or email does not create a contract or reserve a helper or a cleaning slot. We confirm bookings and placements in writing.

4. Information on this website

Our articles and guides give general information about hiring and caring for a helper, home cleaning and caregiving in Singapore. They are not legal, medical or financial advice. Rules, fees and government schemes change, so always check the latest details with the official source, such as MOM, before you act. In a medical emergency, call 995.

5. Helper profiles

Helper candidates’ profiles, photos and videos are shared to help you choose a suitable helper. Please use them only for that purpose and do not copy, share or publish them. Availability is not guaranteed until a placement is confirmed.

  • send false information, spam or harmful code through our forms;
